The decade tour.
As a Presidential candidate, I know that my most important job is to get out and meet the American people. This is partly why I took my recent trip across some of the southern states, from Kentucky and West Virginia to Tennessee and Mississippi. Now I'd like to announce that I'm undertaking a new campaign tour to meet the voters and I call it the Decade Across America Tour. This tour will last about a decade and I plan to visit many of the United States in that time. It's going to be an exciting time for America! Hope to see you all soon!

The first candidate for President in 2016
My fellow Americans,
First, let me thank you all for the remarkable show of support that I have experienced over these last few years. Just three years ago, I worked hard and fought hard to make sure that the next President would be a man who would be a man with the kind of morals and strength to lead this country into a new century. We all know what happened three years ago. After the inauguration in 2001, I stepped back from politics and did some soul searching. I looked into my heart and decided that I had to do anything I could, anything in my power to serve the American people.
I didn't want to rush into making promises that I couldn't deliver, so I went back to school and I stayed until I graduated. I spent all of my time learning about America, learning about the issues, and meeting and speaking with Americans around this great country. This summer I've had a lot of time to think things over, to make commitments and to make sacrifices, and all the while I've had regular people from all over the land come up to me and share their feelings with me.
The time has come for real leadership. It's time to put integrity and dignity back into the White House. I want everyone to see that this is the greatest country in the world. These are my goals and I believe we can make it happen! I promise that I will make it happen and that is why I am proud to announce my candidacy for the Presidency of the United States, in the year 2016.
